All returns require prior authorization from Indigo Hills Trading Company.

Please report any returns due to our error within five (5) business days from receipt of shipment for exchange with correct product. We will pay return shipping charges only when return is due to our error.

Returned items must be in original, resale-able condition and returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date.

Returned items must be packed carefully to avoid damage.  No credit will be issued for items that are damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

Returns are credited towards future orders unless return is due to our error.

Please unpack and inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

All claims for damages and/or shortages must be reported to us within five (5) business days from receipt of shipment.

To report damages due to carrier negligence, call us at (877) 332-2208.  Please have your order number and tracking number (if applicable) ready when you call.

Do not discard the label, container, packing material, or product. They are required for claim review.
