All returns require prior authorization from Indigo Hills Trading Company.

Please report any returns due to our error within five (5) business days from reciept of shipment for exchange with correct product. We pay return shipping charges due to our error only.

Returned items must be in original, resale-able contition and returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date.

Returned items must be packed carefully to avoid damage. No credit  will be issued for items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

Returns are credited towards future orders only unless return is due to our error.

Please unpack and inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

All claims for damages and/or shortages must be reported to us within five (5) business days from receipt of shipment.

To report damages due to carrier negligence, please call us immediately at 1-877-332-2208 or via email at sales@indigohillstradingco.com. Please reference order number, tracking number (if applicable) and the breakage found.

Do not discard the lable, container, packing material or product. They are required for claim review.
